📖 How to Use

• Charge: Fully charge the main controller unit via USB before use.
• Connect: Attach the controller to the magnetic snaps on the foot mat.
• Position: Place the mat on a flat floor. You MUST place BOTH bare feet on the mat simultaneously. (The device has a safety sensor and will not work with socks or one foot).
• Power On: Long press the “Power/On” button to start.
• Adjust Settings: Use the “M” button to switch between modes (e.g., Kneading, Acupressure). Use “+” and “-” to adjust the strength level.
